Diamond Jaxx Announce 2007 Schedule

The Southern League has made out their 2007 schedule and the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx will begin their tenth season in the Southern League on the road.

The 2007 Southern League season gets underway on Thursday, April 5th. The Diamond Jaxx will start the season at Riverwalk Stadium in Montgomery as they take on the Montgomery Biscuits. On Monday, April 16th, the Diamond Jaxx begin their home portion of the 2007 season at Pringles Park as they take on the Mississippi Braves. There are seventy games scheduled at Pringles Park for the 2007 season.

The Southern League will continue to use the five game series template that proved to be very successful during the 2006 season. The league will also continue to be divided into a Northern and Southern Division format. The 2007 Southern League All-Star game will be played on Monday, July 9th at Trustmark Park in Pearl, Mississippi.
