The Diamond Jaxx are proud to be active members of the West Tennessee community. The Diamond Jaxx mascot, players, and staff are actively involved in several schools, youth organizations, little leagues, churches, hospitals, senior centers, civic groups, and non-profit organizations. Through these activities, the Diamond Jaxx organization spreads good will throughout the West Tennessee area.

During the 2007 season, Ribbee and Diamond Jaxx players participated in numerous community events throughout the West Tennessee area. The Diamond Jaxx players Rich got involved at local schools by reading to students and stressing the importance of completing their education. In addition, stops were made to visit children in local hospitals and several free community baseball clinics were taught by Diamond Jaxx players and coaches.

Ribbee, the Diamond Jaxx mascot, was busy even before the season began. Early in 2007, he was on hand for the Paris Elementary D.A.R.E. Graduation and for the return of Tennessee National Guard members form Afghanistan. Ribbee was also a frequent visitor to the new West Tennessee Healthcare Sportsplex, where Diamond Jaxx players also signed autographs.

Ribbee and the Diamond Jaxx are looking forward to another great year in 2008. If you would like the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx to appear at your school, organization, or community-related event, call David Madison at (731) 988-5299.
